We can help your users find what they need.
Small sites with a logical layout rarely need this feature, but there is a limit to drop down menu navigation.
Sites that have more 30 pages start to get 'menu-heavy' if you try to decribe everything that is available on your site. Big, feature rich sites need a search feature that enables a user
to jump to their area of interest.
Site indexing is the equivalent of having your
own search engine, just for your site. Users who enter information into
your search form will not be directed elsewhere - they'll be shown results
which are pages only from your site. Site indexing does not require a database,
but the same engine that indexes your pages can be used to make parts
of a database available too. |
